Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, the team is led by managing partner, Kathy Berman. A veteran of the communications industry, Kathy has an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, and has consulted in Strategic Corporate Finance and Investor and Stakeholder Relations for over a decade. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist in print, radio and television where she received accolades as an innovative television director and producer. She has worked for major global media organisations, consulted for Ernst & Young and KPMG corporate finance and served on executive teams in public and private organisations. Her preferred sectors are Finance, Media, Telecomms and FMCG. She is a trained executive coach and lectures on Investor Relations and Change Management at various business schools and corporates. Current clients include the World Bank, Government organisations and Global Financial Organisations.
